Meet Our Massage Therapists

Cathy Mark, LMT #1997

Cathy Mark graduated from The Florida Institute of Massage Therapy in 1988.  She has over twenty years of experience performing deep tissue and neuromuscular massage on chiropractic patients. Ms. Cathy is a longstanding member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She was the official massage therapy consultant for Imperial Point Wellness Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Memorial Hospital in Hollywood, Florida between 1989 and 1996.  During this time, Ms. Cathy also worked with troubled adolescents at The Starting Place, a drug rehabilitation center for teenagers that endeavored to offer a holistic approach in achieving and maintaining mental health for its troubled youth. She has helped to restore the health and well-being of countless injured patients through her specialized massage techniques which have proven to increase the effectiveness of chiropractic adjustments and aid in the relief of neuromuscular and soft tissue pain.

Lindsay Schleizer, LMT #5799

Lindsay Dawn Schleizer is a native of Charleston, South Carolina.  She has been employed at Family First Chiropractic for three years and is proud to be a part of an establishment whose goal is to help people achieve good health and well being the natural way.

She grew up in Hanahan, South Carolina and graduated from Bishop England High School. She attended Trident Technical College where she graduated from the Massage Therapy program on the Dean’s List.  She has been practicing massage therapy for seven years with a focus on deep tissue massage.  Lindsay has a national certification through the Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and is a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association.  She is a firm believer in the benefits of massage therapy alongside the care of chiropractic. 

Lindsay lives in Hanahan with her husband Jason and two children, Zachary and Connor.
