Family First   Chiropractic

**I am writing to express appreciation and praise for the quality of care displayed at Family First Chiropractic.  I would recommend their services to everyone.  From Drs. Miller and Quinn to the clerical staff to the massage therapists, they are not only committed to excellence; they demonstrate it daily.

Dr. Quinn has been my chiropractor for many months and adapts her techniques to contend with the particular needs of clients.  I can state this with certainty since she developed a specific approach to addressing my medical condition after some time, careful listening, and genuine consideration rather than apply a “one-size-fits-all” style as my former chiropractor did.  To that end, she is, at once, a doctor, a communicator, and a friend.  I truly believe she is concerned and devoted to discovering measures to improve my health.  Further, she treats others in a personable and professional manner, regardless of age, race, or gender, as I’ve witnessed in many instances with a variety of patients.  In addition to her trademark punctuality, she has never postponed or canceled an appointment with me.   

She and Dr. Miller assembled a well-qualified group of associates, a tribute to their skills in recruiting and training, but also characteristic of the level of dedication and proficiency the entire group brings to the workplace.  They are mindful of more than just efficiency; they maintain high standards for all the elements that may go unnoticed but are always welcome, such as the cleanliness and comfort of the facility.  They are also unfailingly courteous and responsive.

It’s been a privilege to be a client at Family First Chiropractic.  I experience positive results and look forward to my visits because of the favorable impact they invariably bring.  When it comes to the practice, the only flaw I’m aware of is that many more potential patients could be taking advantage of the treatment they could benefit from by scheduling a consultation.   Why hesitate when feeling better is so close at hand? ~Ken

I have not met you yet but I know that you and your staff made me and my mom feel GREAT during my journey into this world.  We loved visiting your office and I hope to visit and meet everyone very soon.  In the mean time, attached is a picture of me with my new blankie that you gave me.  I got a little drunk off my bottle and passed out on my new, soft blankie - I love it and it even has my name on it:)

**Upon moving to the Charleston area in early 2007, my spouse and I have
been visiting Dr. Miller and staff for adjustments and muscle therapy.
We both find that it is paramount to build chiropractic into our lives
and are still learning physical lessons when we do not.

Family First Chiropractic offers many stellar services that are beyond
chiropractic medicine. These include a very efficient and understanding
administration (thanks Meghan); wonderful massage therapists who
practice different techniques to accommodate differing needs; and an
overall grade of A+ when it comes to bedside manner. Medicine these days
will sacrifice bedside manner and understanding for the sake of
productive medicine. Dr. Miller's office is always pleasant and actively
listens to patient needs.

If the above is not enough of a testimony, I must also mention that when
my Mom visited, her sciatica and degenerated discs rendered her immobile
the day after Christmas. Dr. Quinn comprehensively adjusted her and made
it possible for her to carry on with minimal pain, finish out her
vacation, and travel home (not to mention she sent a follow up card).

I cannot advocate strongly enough for Family First Chiropractic in North
Charleston!

** I recommend Dr. Miller to everyone I know.  She made my pregnancy so comfortable and helped my post baby recovery easy.  I don't know how I'd handle my active toddler without her.  Not only is she a great chiropractor, but she listens to what you need.  If you have children or are thinking about them, you have to see Dr. Miller.  ~Carlin
